North Cottesloe beach on a grey Sunday morning. The sea is taking back the beach as it does every year. In winter the rocks under the layer of beach sand is coming free and has plenty of time to become green and mossy for a while until spring arrives with tons of sand to cover them again.
These photos are from September last year and it looks like they are there forever. Until suddenly you realise they are gone and summer has started.
