Resin

Last weekend we were staying at Brookside winery and walked through their amazing gardens when I saw this piece of beautyful resin on one of the trees along the creek. It was quite big, like a little hand ful.

Longneck Turtle shell

The shell of a Longneck Turtle which I picked up a few years ago and left it in the garden. The sun dried the shell so much it cracked this year and revealed a stunning pattern.

Beached Parrot Fish

This half gone creature used to be a Parrot fish, beached on the sand in Woodman Point. I was meshmerized by the teeth of this fish.

Kangaroos

They have odd shapes, these kangaroos, look at the movement of the big one, leaning on his tail. The small front legs compared to the huge hind legs.

Hungry Koala

Looking for something to eat. They have such fluffy bums that you want to cuddle them although you know they are the most grumpy animals in the world. Luckily there is a fence at Yanchep NP to keep them from the public otherwise I am not sure if I could hold myself from putting my nose into his furry coat...
